GROUP COVER PHOTO CONTEST Tools: - post in the comments below - most haha reacts wins - ends 7 days from now - these aren’t rules - reusing already posted Contracting Memes Center of Excellence (CMCoE) memes is allowable - needs to be cinema shaped to fit right

The July 24 contest asks for cover images, calls its instructions tools rather than rules, and names Contracting Memes Center of Excellence. On August 1 Dan tells Chris Fisher “you win” and asks for a lower-case o; Fisher replies about resizing the label font and posts the revised design. Both versions and the other exposed submissions are retained. The winner statement is verified in this discussion; actual cover deployment and final vote totals were not independently established. Other submissions portray memes as support during EOFY and contracting frustration.
