The joke is the system, the process gap, the acronym fog, the impossible timeline, and the sacred phrase "quick question." The joke is not a private person.

01

Be kind and courteous.

Acquisition already provides enough controlled adversity. Do not add recreational cruelty.

02

Respect privacy.

No personal details, office gossip, private messages, source selection facts, proprietary material, or protected information.

03

No doxxing.

Do not identify private individuals, teams, reviewers, offerors, evaluators, or offices in a way that invites targeting.

04

No targeted harassment.

Satire should point at systems, recurring behaviors, and shared absurdities, not pile-ons.

05

No hate speech.

No attacks or degrading content based on protected characteristics or identity. This is not negotiable.

06

No promotions or spam.

CMCoE is not a vendor booth, capture campaign, affiliate funnel, or inbox side quest.

07

Memes only. No official positions.

Nothing here represents official policy, organizational positions, procurement decisions, or government direction.

08

Roast systems, not private individuals.

We roast because we care. Aim at process pathology, not people trying to survive it.

Standing order

Keep it professional enough to brief upward.

Deadpan is welcome. Cruelty is not. Procurement-sensitive information stays off the page. The machine must continue, but it does not need screenshots of the acquisition plan.
